Special Notes

  • Cancellation policy: cancellation is allowed for the ticket which is not used and less than 30 days from your purchase date.
  • Passes are not transferable.
  • The Go City app has everything you need to plan the perfect trip - use the itinerary planner feature, check opening hours, and make reservations where necessary. For the best experience, we recommend following the instructions to sync your pass to the Go City app. 
  • Included attractions are subject to change without notice and each attraction can only be visited once. Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Your pass is activated upon your first attraction visit is then valid for 14-days. You can use it for the number days purchased (consecutively or non-consecutively) within that 14-day period. Your pass is valid for entry to attractions between 9am and 5.30pm. You can stay later, but your pass must be scanned for entry before 5.30pm.
  • You now have access to the included attractions for the number of days purchased. Simply show the QR code on your pass (printed or on your mobile device) at your choice of attraction to enter. Visiting your first attraction activates your pass. It is then valid for the number of calendar days purchased (not 24-hour periods), over the next 14-days. For example, if you have a 3-day pass and visit your first attraction on Monday morning, it is valid for the remainder of Monday and any other 2 days of your choice over the next 13 days. Each attraction can only be visited once. Your voucher will be collected or scanned on redemption.
