【 How to bind the mobile terminal Go City software 】
Step 1: Download the APP called "Go City" from the App Store.
Step 2: Click "Your Personal Magic Link" on the first page of the PDF confirmation received in the email and enter the ticket purchase email to activate.
Step 3: Enter the 7-digit code Order number in the APP, and bind the ticket email address to use.
 
【 How do I get my pass? 】
* Firstly, download the Go City app. You can then use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your phone. Et voilà, it'll be right there on the app. (But don't worry, your pass won't activate until you visit your first attraction!).
* Feeling old-school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. (You can also show this version of the pass on your phone if you'd prefer!).

【 How do I use my All-Inclusive Pass? 】
Many attractions will allow you to walk in on the day, but some need to be booked in advance. Keep in mind that some shows/events may require you to pick up your tickets earlier in the day, and some attractions are only open on certain days.

【 What is the validity period of the Explorer Pass? 】
Admission to the first attraction will automatically activate your travel card. You can use your pass to visit all the attractions within the validity period. The pass is valid for natural days (not 24 hours) and your pass is valid for the corresponding number of days purchased. For example, if you purchase a 3-day pass and activate your pass on Monday afternoon, the validity of your pass will expire at midnight on Wednesday.

  • Passes are not transferable.
  • The pass can be activated within 1 year from the purchase date.

  • We recommend starting in the morning to maximise your time. You can visit each attraction once.
