• Friendly reminder: The time shown on the Sphere ticket is the show start time, not the venue entry time. Entry begins 45 minutes before the movie starts. Ticket checks usually begin around 1 to 1.5 hours in advance, so please arrive early. For example, if the ticket previously showed 7:00 PM, it will now show 7:45 PM (show start time), but the venue entry time remains 7:00 PM and will be listed separately on the ticket to avoid confusion. The actual movie start time has not changed.
• Guests are required to arrive early for ticket inspection. If late, the tickets will be voided.
• For all Las Vegas Sphere Tickets, please retrieve the tickets as soon as you receive the email, log in to your account, and ensure you can view the dynamic barcode on the tickets. If you are unable to enter due to an expired link or mobile network issues on the day of the event, any resulting losses will be the guest's responsibility, and we will not provide any refunds.
• The dynamic barcode on the tickets cannot be presented via screenshots and must be shown to the ticket inspector while connected to the internet. Please check your network and ticket status in advance on the day of the event.
• Please carry your ID or passport with you in case of any unexpected situations.
