How does the Explorer Pass work? 
1. Pick the number of attractions you'd like to visit and buy a pass.
2. Download the Go City app to plan your itinerary and make advance reservations where needed.
3. Enjoy discovering the city at your own pace thanks for 30 days validity.

Our pass is easy to use:
* The best way to explore Rome is to download the Go City app. You can then use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your phone. Et voilà, it'll be right there on the app. (But don't worry, your pass won't activate until you visit your first attraction!).
* Feeling old-school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. (You can also show this version of the pass on your phone if you'd prefer!).

Visiting attractions is simple:
* Got your pass? Let the sightseeing begin! When you get to each attraction, tour, or activity, show your pass for entry.  For some of Rome's most popular attractions, your Explorer Pass will allow you to reserve your time slot in advance. Plan ahead and skip those pesky ticket lines.
* Passholders can now visit three centrally located Concierge Services to collect Vatican and Colosseum tickets plus book other Rome attractions:

Do I need to make reservations at any attractions?
Some attractions may require reservations. Your pass must be valid on the day of the reservation. Please note, making reservations will NOT activate your pass. Your pass is only activated when you visit your first attraction.

The majority of the Explorer Pass's attractions can be booked in person at the Concierge Service on your first day in Rome, but there are a few exceptions - instructions on the Go City app.
• Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill (at least 3 weeks in advance)
• Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel (at least 3 weeks in advance)
• Pasta Class (at least 24 hours in advance)
• Pizza Class (at least 24 hours in advance)
• River Cruise Aperitif on the Tiber (at least 24 hours in advance)

On your first day of sightseeing, head to one of our Concierge Services, located at the addresses below. You'll need to collect your Colosseum and Vatican Museums tickets and the team will help you book other attractions on the pass.
