Lunch aboard the Heart of the Islands Cruise is intimate, elegant, and entertaining. Live music and live-hosted commentary will entertain during your cruise as the route passes small cottage islands and great estates. Relax inside on the dining deck with panoramic views, then head outside in the open-air. Offered Spring/Fall on the panoramic dining deck of the Island Queen. Standard Ticket includes salad, choice of entree, and dessert. Beverages not included, wine beer and spirits available for purchase.
Upgrade your reservation to include a Premium Table for the ultimate dining experience. A Premium Table additionally includes a guaranteed window-adjacent table and a specialty appetizer.

Outside food and drink cannot be brought onboard any Kingston 1000 Islands Cruises vessel. This requirement is strictly enforced: any person approaching the vessel gangway with food items will not be allowed to board by the ship's crew.
All members of your party must be present at the cruise departure point with tickets in hand for the boarding time indicated on your confirmation document. Boarding for dining cruises begins 30 minutes prior to departure. Sightseeing cruises board 20 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will not be able to board: all members of your party must be present at the boarding time indicated on your reservation. Please allow adequate time to park, and arrive at the cruise departure dock.
Please exchange for the physical ticket with your E-ticket in local operator's ticket office.
Pets, including dogs, are not permitted on board any Cruises vessel. Service animals which have been professionally trained to work or perform tasks to assist a person with a disability are welcome onboard. The service animal must be a working service animal which has received professional training to remain calm and continue assisting its owner in a busy public transportation setting, including in an emergency situation involving loud sounds.
Parking for cars is not provided on site, but is available at several downtown Kingston city lots all within walking distance to our dock (parking fees are extra). Please allow extra time for parking. We recommend the City of Kingston Parking lots nearby, which are the best value. The Hanson Memorial Parking Garage is the closest and most convenient lot to our location.
Kingston 1000 Islands Cruises is committed to maintaining a non-smoking environment for our staff and guests, in accordance with the City of Kingston's smoke free Kingston bylaw. Smoking is not permitted anywhere aboard any of our vessels or in our boarding lineups.

Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
