Medieval Times' guests will be assigned a knight for which to cheer and encourage. They become fully involved in the tournament as their knight battles to win the victory for his people. Amidst the sound of thundering hooves, splintering lances and clashing steel, you will feast on vegetable soup, garlic bread, roasted potato, spare rib and roasted chicken followed by a pastry desert. The meal includes two beverage servings. Guests can purchase additional drinks from the cash bar. Attentive serfs and wenches present your meal sans dining utensils for an authentic medieval experience. Constructed in 1991, the 85,000-square-foot Schaumburg Castle is the world's largest Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament venue. Open all year, the attraction seats 1,430 guests. The Schaumburg Castle is located just minutes away from O'Hare Airport and Woodfield Mall, which is one of the largest shopping centers in the country. Featuring hand-to-hand combat, mounted jousting and gifted horsemanship as well as a sumptuous meal, Medieval Times provides a memorable interactive dining experience for the entire family. Operating Times: Sun at 5:00 pm | Mon & Tues - Closed | Wed, Thurs and Sat at 7:00 pm | Fri at 7:30 pm | Matinees at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Schedule and show times vary from month to month and day to day. Please call Customer Service to confirm for specific dates and times. Castles open 90-minutes prior to show time.
