We don't have any responsibility for mistyped/misspelled personal information of the passengers, especially passport name. Hence, it is your responsibility to provide accurate information and make sure all of the information is correct.
All passengers are required to show their government-issued ID (i.e., passport) at the airline check-in counter. You must remind the passengers to bring their valid IDs, particularly their passport AND I-94/ESTA, on the departure date. When traveling to Canada, at airports passengers may be asked to provide other official travel documents, as well as their valid passport and I 94, ESTA (It is the passengers' responsibility to understand the immigration requirements and obtain necessary documents because the required travel documents vary depending on their nationality). A change of pick-up location must be made seven days before the departure date; We will not accept any change request within the seven days. In addition, to pick up the passengers on time at the right place, you must provide accurate information (i.e., name or address) about hotels at which the passengers stay and the passengers' cell phone number.
In the case that customer cannot continue a tour and/or provide products and services such as transportation and accommodation (hereinafter referred to as "Tour Services"), due to circumstances beyond our and your control (e.g., natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, quarantines, epidemics, strikes, riots, civil unrest, poli tical instability, terrorist attacks, crimes, pilferage, flight delays or cancellations, custom regulations and other similar acts or incidents we will try our best to change or modify our tour itinerary and provide alternative Tour Services that are equivalent or similar to the original ones. It should be noted, however, that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage, inconvenience or additional expense caused by such unforeseen circumstances and no refund will be given in this case in addition, we cannot calculate the travel time to a tour destination in such situations. We will assist them with necessary arrangements but will not responsible for any additional expense. Therefore, the passengers who request the extra Tour Service s will be charged directly by us. We may cancel tours without prior notice and shall have no further responsibility beyond the full refund.

An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
