Itinerary

Morning: Alcatraz Make your way to Pier 33 and board a ferry that takes you across San Francisco Bay to Alcatraz Island. Your Alcatraz island tour begins once you've walked up the hill and into the prison. There, you will receive a headset for a 45-minute audio presentation recounting the stories of the actual guards and inmates who lived and worked on the island. At the end of the tour, you will have time to explore Alcatraz Island on your own. Departure times: 9:00am / 9:30am / 10:00am / 10:30am (subject to availability) Departure point: Pier 33 - Alcatraz Landing – San Francisco, CA 94133 Afternoon: San Francisco City Insider's Tour Explore the charming city of San Francisco leisurely, spending time at some of the city's best sites: Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, Lombard Street, Coit Tower, Twin Peaks, Fisherman's Wharf and many more popular hot spots. You will also have an opportunity to board the city's famous Market Street cable cars. Your friendly and informative tour guide who will regale you with interesting stories of the city. Afternoon tour approximate pickup times are 1:15pm to 1:40pm. Departure point: Hotel Zephyr, 250 Beach Street The afternoon tour normally ends between 6:30pm and 7:00pm.

Tips

We recommend booking the Alcatraz package as early as possible, as seats fill up quickly. If the Alcatraz tour is fully booked, you may want to join the Alcatraz Cruise, which will circle the island.

For child under 8 years old:
Please note that for your child's safety, we require you to bring a child safety seat or booster seat for all children that are not at least 8 years of age or 4' 9" or 144 cm in height as dictated by California State Law. You will be required to provide your own child seat on all motor vehicle tours. Failure to provide a seat for your child will result in forfeiture of your seats on the tour without refund. If your child is 8 years or older or 4’9” in height you do not need to provide a child seat, however, please let us know.

Alcatraz packages is easily to sold out, please book your tour as soon as possible; if the booking date is 3 months prior to your departure date, tour can be confirmed within 24 hours; if the booking date is less than 3 months prior to departure date, tour can be confirmed about 10 days.

This tour is non-refundable once purchased.

We normally don't accommodate luggage for this type of activity. Please contact us 48 hours in advance if you require to hold your suitcases.

If you are late or miss a scheduled pick-up time, please contact our office IMMEDIATELY. An alternative pick-up location may be arranged at the customer's expense, subject to availability. Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour, and no refund will be issued.

We will assess a cleaning fee of up to $100 for any passenger who permanently stains or renders this vehicle temporarily unfit for passengers due to spillage of any substance such that the vehicle must be taken out of service and cleaned.
