How does the Explorer Pass work?
1. Pick a 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10-choice Explorer Pass.
Just choose the number of attractions you want to visit and you're all set.
Once you've visited your first attraction, you'll have 30 days to see the rest.
Plus, there's no need to decide which attractions you want to visit before you purchase, you can choose as you go!
2. Start planning.
Download the app. You'll find all the information you need to start planning your sightseeing. The app includes entry information, opening hours and a handy digital map.
Sync your pass. It's easy to sync your pass to the app. You'll just need to enter the confirmation number that can be found in your confirmation email. And don't worry, doing this won't activate your pass. That comes later, when you visit your first attraction.
Book your must-sees. Although many attractions don't require a reservation, some are pretty popular and need to be booked in advance. Look out for the 'reservations required' stamp in the app when browsing attractions. If a booking is required, just click on the attraction and you'll find all the info you need to make it happen!
3. Explore the city.
Just show your pass when you arrive and you're in. It couldn't be easier!

How do I activate my pass?
Your pass will activate when you visit your first attraction. As soon as you scan your pass at an attraction, one of your choices will be redeemed. You'll then have 30 days to use up your remaining choices.

Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
Sorry, you can only visit each attraction once per life of your pass. Luckily, we have so many attractions to choose from, there's plenty you'll want to do!

Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?
Unfortunately not. You'll need to have your pass on the Go City app, or have the PDF downloaded to your phone or printed in order to enter attractions.

Do I need to make reservations to enter attractions?
Some attractions may require a reservation. Just remember, if you need to make a booking to visit an attraction, your pass must be valid on the day that you visit.
