Itinerary

Experience the majestic wonders of the Grand Canyon West while standing on the “glass bridge”, the Skywalk. The Skywalk is a U-shaped glass bridge that extends 70 feet beyond the rim of the Grand Canyon, giving visitors a full View of the 3,200 foot drop in to the Colorado River on the Canyon Floor. Skywalk was designed by Grand Canyon Skywalk Development and opened in 2007 by the Hualapai Nation Native American tribes that owns and runs the western portion of the Grand Canyon. Skywalk is visited by approximately 300,000 people per year and its construction was the subject of a National Geographic documentary.

Tips

This ticket only allows access to the Grand Canyon Skywalk, however it does not include admission to Grand Canyon West. You must purchase your Grand Canyon West Ticket separately at the ticket office upon arrival to the Hualapai Reservation or you can click here to buy Grand Canyon West Rim Admission. Grand Canyon West is not within the Grand Canyon National Park and National Park Fees/Passes do not apply.
