Best Queretaro Tours & Trips

Originally home to native ethnic groups, Queretaro was founded during an alliance between Spanish conquerors and the native Otomi King Conin, who's statue rests at the entrance to the city. The Otomi and Spanish people lived in peace since then and their respective sections of the city can still be seen today. Since colonial times it has grown into an expansive and wealthy metropolis that was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996. It is also considered on of the major wine producers in Mexico.

Reviews for Queretaro Tours

Y
9-Day Impressive Mexico Tour from Mexico City: Morelia, Patzcuaro, Guadalajara, Tequila, Queretaro | Ticket Admission Included

Very good value for a 9-day tour covering 4 states. The included entrance fees to Teotihuacan and Monte Alban saved us at least $50 compared to doing it independently. The guide spoke excellent English and was funny. The only suggestion: add a quick stop at a local chocolate shop in Oaxaca – it's famous for a reason.
