The winter lakes and mountains of Banff are absolutely worth the visit. Rachel advised us to bring slip‑on ice grips, which made walking to the lake for photos much safer. Natural Bridge and Emerald Lake were both unique. Though busy, the photo spots were well spaced, so we still had a great experience.
The meal arrangements and hotel quality were above expectations. Every scenic stop was spectacular, and the guide provided interesting historical and geological insights. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommended.
The combination of mountains, lakes, and coastal towns made this tour truly special. From spotting wildlife in Banff and Lake Louise to enjoying wine in Kelowna and the relaxed streets of Whistler and Vancouver, every day offered a different perspective on Western Canada. The small group made it feel personal and enjoyable.
Our tour guide The driver drove smoothly and we felt safe
Was on a Banff tour from 28 to 29 March 2024. Our tour guide, Michael, was most helpful and managed the tour very well. We also appreciated the seamless transition from English to Mandarin. We didn’t feel like we missed any information despite the bilingual narratives. He also patiently helped us put on the spikes to be able to walk on the snow. The driver, Joe, drove smoothly and we felt safe even it it was snowing a lot on our way to Calgary. We enjoyed the tour very much.
