Transfer notes:
- Please note that after clearing customs and collecting your luggage, the driver will usually be waiting at the exit. Please leave the airport through the exit closest to your baggage carousel, as the driver will typically be waiting there. If you have not met the driver within 30 minutes, please contact the emergency number provided in your tour notification.
- The driver will wait for you at the airport for up to 1 hour from the scheduled arrival time of your flight.
- If, for any reason, you are delayed in leaving the airport (such as due to lost luggage or delays at immigration), or if you miss your connecting flight or if your flight schedule changes, please promptly inform us using the emergency contact number provided (found in your tour notification).
- If you have a connecting flight in another European city and there is any change in your connecting flight number or time, please inform the driver as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in missing your scheduled pick-up and being unable to use the pick-up service.
- The pick-up service can only be arranged from the hotel/train station/destination city airport to the hotel where the group tour begins, provided the airport/port is within 40 kilometers of the hotel.
- The drop-off service generally begins 3 hours before your flight. Please confirm the schedule for the drop-off day with your guide in advance. If you do not show up at the agreed time, you will forfeit the drop-off service.
- Please comply with the health and quarantine requirements of the country you are entering and have the necessary documents ready. If you are denied entry, you will be fully responsible for the consequences. We recommend that you check the specific information provided by the airline/embassy/consulate. Please ensure that your contact phone is available.

Kindly submit your flight details at least 7 days in advance of the group joining date. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful arrangement of the transfer service.

【General tips】

Passport information must be provided at least 30 days before departure. If domestic flights are involved (flight details will be provided during the tour; no e-tickets will be issued) or if tickets for certain attractions are required, passport information must be submitted. Failure to do so on time may result in service not being guaranteed.
Each traveler may carry up to one 30 kg suitcase. If your itinerary includes train travel, please note that train companies typically have a luggage weight limit of 20 kg and a combined length, width, and height not exceeding 250 cm. Any additional charges for overweight or oversized luggage will be directly payable to the train company (policies may vary, so please contact customer service for confirmation).
Please print your travel voucher, emergency contact numbers, and hotel list 48 hours before your trip. Prepare all necessary travel documents, including your personal documents—valid passport, visa (if required), and travel and cancellation insurance (if purchased), as well as travel documents—airline tickets, travel voucher, detailed itinerary, hotel list, and any other useful information from the website. Also, verify that all information on your vouchers is correct.
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the times listed in the detailed itinerary. Under special circumstances (such as malfunctions, delays due to traffic issues, weather conditions, strikes, sports and religious events, gatherings, and other complex situations), we also reserve the right to modify included attractions, alter the tour sequence, and make other changes to the itinerary.
The reference hotels listed in the product description are subject to change. Due to last-minute availability changes and our flexibility, we may need to change hotels within a few days before arrival. We appreciate your understanding.
Any issues, missed services, or other financial losses resulting from the traveler not appearing at the specified times and locations (at the start of the trip and during the trip) are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

【Guide Tips]】

The guided tour service begins with the start of the tour. It is not included during your additional accommodation period, free time, or on trains and other regular transportation that are part of the trip.
In many cities, according to local regulations, our tour guides are not allowed to provide commentary outside the bus. Therefore, the guide will give you tour information before you leave the bus, which you can refer to during your free time.

【Hotel tips】

Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel, but in most cases, check-in is typically at 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM. Upon arrival at the hotel, please present your tour notification at the front desk. Check-out time is usually at 10:00 AM.
We cannot guarantee that all hotels will offer double rooms with a king-size bed. Some hotels and cruise ships may only provide twin-bed rooms. In some hotels, twin rooms may consist of one large bed and a sofa bed or an extra bed.
We cannot guarantee that your extended stay hotel will be the same as the group hotel; the extended stay hotel will be confirmed closer to the time of stay.
Hotel breakfasts are usually cold buffets, typically including coffee, juice, bread, butter, jam, pastries, cheese, ham, cereal, and fruit. Some hotels may offer a continental breakfast, which typically includes white coffee, juice, bread, butter/jam, or pastries.
Europe experiences significant temperature differences between day and night, and temperatures above 30°C are uncommon for more than two months of the year. Additionally, due to strong environmental awareness in European countries, some hotels do not have air conditioning. This is not due to substandard facilities, so we appreciate your understanding.
In many European hotels, standard triple rooms are not available. If you need a triple room, please consult customer service for details.
Generally, we arrange for 4- to 5-star hotels in city centers, including breakfast, with convenient access to shopping and transportation (during exhibitions, festivals, and holidays, hotels may be arranged in suburban areas).

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
