Kindly submit your flight details at least 7 days in advance of the group joining date. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful arrangement of the transfer service.

Own Expenses

All mandatory fees must be paid in cash to the tour guide and tickets cannot be pre-purchased separately. Any optional activities you wish to join must be paid to your tour guide in cash.

Airfares or related transportation between your home and departure locations

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Made Within 33 days prior to departure, No Refund
Cancellation Made Within 34 days to 51 days prior to departure, Refund 20% of total purchase amount
Cancellation Made 52 or more days prior to departure, Refund 70% of total purchase amount

- Additional charges will be incurred for all costs resulting from changes or cancellations, such as credit card processing fees, bank transfer fees, and other related expenses.
- In the event of reductions in the number of participants, optional tours, meals, or additional hotel stays, cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
- Changes to reservations are subject to availability on the requested dates. The company reserves the right to accept or reject changes at its discretion.

Special Notes

Each person is allowed to check in and carry on only one piece of baggage, any additional baggage will incur an extra fee of CAD$50+5%GST per piece.
Please be ready and show up at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the meeting time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please go to next pick up location to meet the group. Should there be any concerns, please contact us.
Upgrade fees do not include breakfast (need to pay extra).

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
