4-day Lhasa City Essential Group Tour

We reserve the right to change the itinerary order of Day 02 & Day 03.

We reserve the right to change the attractions on Day 02 but guarantee two attractions for the day.

Tibet Tourism Bureau Permit (TTB) usually takes at least 20 working days to apply. If you provide your application documents & information later than the stated date, an extra fee of about USD 50~80/permit will be charged.

If you prefer to book your own hotel over those included in our group tour, please meet the rest of the group at their hotel daily and on time. We don’t include the transfers to your own hotels.

We need to pick up & drop off all tour members for the group on Day 01 & Day 04 from Lhasa to Airport/Railway, so the guide may not always be present on Day 01 & Day 04 but expect to see the driver & office staff.

Due to the special nature of Tibet travel, any unforeseeable and unavoidable objective circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, strikes, public health emergencies, government action, major traffic jams, delay or cancellation of flight/train, attractions temporarily closed etc. resulting in the changes of the itinerary, the increased cost will be paid by travelers. If visits to any attraction has to be cancelled due to the same reasons above, GTT won’t be held responsible for refund except certain attraction entrance fees which will be solely decided by GTT.

Cancellation Policy
8 days prior to departure —— 60% of the total purchased amount can be refunded
9-17 Days Prior to the Departure Date —— 70% of the total purchased amount can be refunded
18-46 Days Prior to the Departure Date —— 75% of the total purchased amount can be refunded
47 or more Days Prior to the Departure Date —— 85% of the total purchased amount can be refunded
Amendment Policy
8 days prior to departure —— 25% of the total purchased amount as Amendment fee
9-17 Days Prior to the Departure Date —— 20% of the total purchased amount as Amendment fee
18-46 Days Prior to the Departure Date —— 15% of the total purchased amount as Amendment fee
47 or more Days Prior to the Departure Date —— 10% of the total purchased amount as Amendment fee

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
