【Airport Pick-Up】
Free 24-hour pick-up service at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). (One pick-up per booking)
- 24-hour pick-up means pick-up services are available regardless of your flight's arrival time.
- Pick-up will be arranged so that waiting time does not exceed 1 hour after your flight's arrival. The pick-up staff will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pick-up time on your arrival day.
- If there are two or more flights under one booking, the latest arrival time will be used as the reference for pick-up arrangements.
Waiting time for pick-up: Up to 90 minutes after the arrival of international flights or 60 minutes after domestic flights. If the waiting time is exceeded and the driver leaves, an additional fee will be charged for returning to the airport.
- For delays due to baggage claim or customs exceeding the allowed waiting time, guests will need to arrange transportation to the hotel themselves or pay for another pick-up service.
- If you're unsure when you will exit the terminal, it is recommended to notify the pick-up staff after collecting your luggage or clearing customs to ensure the waiting time does not exceed the limit.

- Please notify our staff at least 3 hours in advance if your flight is changed or canceled.
- Each guest is allowed one carry-on and one checked bag. An additional luggage fee of $35 per item will apply for extra bags.
- Hotel check-in time starts at 3:00 PM; check-out is before 11:00 AM.
- Pick-up from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) or Toronto Downtown and surrounding areas will incur an additional CAD$100 transportation fee.
- Free pick-up service from hotels/residences within the Toronto area. (One pick-up per booking)
- This service is available for hotels/residences in Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, North York, etc. The pick-up time will be arranged by our company. For other areas, please contact customer service for confirmation.

【Airport Drop-Off】
- After the tour ends, you will be dropped off at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
- Please book flights departing after 8:00 PM for domestic flights and after 9:00 PM for international flights.
- The group will disband at the airport, and guests will handle their own check-in procedures.

Note:
If flight details are not received at least 2 days before arrival (excluding the arrival day, e.g., for an Aug 3 arrival, details must be provided by Jul 31), we will assume you will check in to the hotel on your own and will not arrange free airport pickup. Please check in directly using the hotel information on your confirmation. We will provide your Day 2 guide's contact information for your convenience.

Time limit for providing flight information:

Kindly submit your flight details at least 3 days in advance of the group joining date. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful arrangement of the transfer service.

Own Expenses

All mandatory fees must be paid in cash to the tour guide and tickets cannot be pre-purchased separately. Any optional activities you wish to join must be paid to your tour guide in cash.

Special Notes

This tour requires a valid Canadian visa. If you are a U.S. permanent resident or hold a U.S. Green Card, a Canadian visa is not required.
No refunds or tour transfers will be provided if you are denied entry due to documentation issues or other reasons.
Please arrange your flight schedule in advance. If you miss your flight or bus departure due to delays, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture.
If you leave the group during the tour for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic forfeiture.
During peak seasons, due to limited hotel availability, we may arrange an equivalent hotel for you. Thank you for your understanding and support!
An additional fee of CAD$40 per person will be charged for attraction tickets or city passes purchased from other sources.
For a single booking with 10 or more guests, we consider it a group and request at least 10 optional tours be chosen or pay CAD$120.00/guest price difference on the tour.
Prepaid tickets must be purchased as a package. If you wish to pay for individual activities, please make the payment directly to the tour guide on the bus.
Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the actual prices at the ticket counter.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
