• 3rd person Cancellation/Amendment Policy for Buy 2 Get 3rd Discount:
  We will reserve bus seats for the 3rd discounted passenger. Please inform us at least 17 days prior to departure after confirmation. Otherwise we will charge additional fees including the $30.00 amendment fee.
  * 6-16 days prior to the departure date, $50.00/person penalty fee;
  * No-show on tour or cancelled within 5 days prior to the departure date, $150.00/person penalty fee, paid in cash on tour by the other participating travelers of the reservation;
  * The penalty may be changed on holiday season. Please double check with us.
• Due to the popularity of these Yellowstone tours during the summer, we suggest that you book your Yellowstone tour 1-2 months in advance.

• We strongly suggest guests leave their valid cellphone number so customer service can contact you if there are any updates to your tour.
• In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.
• During spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
  During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.
• According to the legal requirements of the destination, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. This also applies to hotel rooms. Violations are fined $300.00 or more (please refer to the hotel rules). Customers are responsible for paying fines and penalties.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
