【Airport Pick-Up】
Free 24-Hour Pickup Service at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). (One-time service per booking)
24-Hour Pickup: Pickup service is available regardless of the flight arrival time; guests will be picked up at any time of arrival.
Standard Pickup Arrangement: Pickup will be arranged within 1 hour after the flight arrives. The pickup staff will contact guests in advance to confirm the exact pickup time on the day of arrival.
Multiple Flights in One Booking: If there are two or more flights under one booking, the latest arrival time will be used as the reference for the pickup service.
Waiting Time for Pickup Service:
- The driver will wait up to 90 minutes after the arrival of an international flight and up to 60 minutes after the arrival of a domestic flight. If the waiting time exceeds this limit and the driver leaves, an additional fee will apply for a return trip to the airport.
- If guests are delayed due to luggage claim/customs clearance beyond the specified waiting time, they will need to arrange their own transportation to the hotel or pay for another pickup service.
- If guests are unsure when they will exit the airport, it is recommended to notify the pickup staff after collecting luggage or clearing customs to ensure the pickup is within the time limit.

Flight Changes or Cancellations: Please notify the staff at least 3 hours before the original arrival time.
Luggage Allowance: Each person is allowed one carry-on and one checked bag. An additional luggage fee of CAD$35 per item applies.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Hotel check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is required before 11:00 AM.
Additional Fees: Pickup/drop-off at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), Toronto Downtown, or nearby areas will incur an extra CAD$100 transportation fee per booking.
Free Pickup Service from Hotels/Residences in the Toronto Area. (One-time service per booking)
- Pickup is available from hotels/residences in designated areas such as Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, and North York. Pickup times will be arranged by our company. For other areas, please contact customer service for confirmation.

【Airport Drop-Off】
- After the tour, guests will be dropped off at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Please schedule flights departing after 8:00 PM for domestic flights and after 9:00 PM for international flights.
- The group will disperse at the airport, and guests are responsible for handling their own check-in procedures.

Note:
If flight details are not received at least 2 days before arrival (excluding the arrival day, e.g., for an Aug 3 arrival, details must be provided by Jul 31), we will assume you will check in to the hotel on your own and will not arrange free airport pickup. Please check in directly using the hotel information on your confirmation. We will provide your Day 2 guide's contact information for your convenience.

Time limit for providing flight information:

Kindly submit your flight details at least 3 days in advance of the group joining date. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful arrangement of the transfer service.

Own Expenses

All mandatory fees must be paid in cash to the tour guide and tickets cannot be pre-purchased separately. Any optional activities you wish to join must be paid to your tour guide in cash.

* In light of the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Toronto (June 9-July 10, 2026), all bookings affected during this period - including Eastern Canada summer products with Toronto airport transfers departing between June 9 and July 10, 2026 - will follow the updated cancellation policy:
- Cancellation 32 days or less before departure: No refund.
- Cancellation 33 days or more before departure: No penalty.
* If there is upgrade hotel or attraction admission which is non refundable or unchangeable, we will let you know in advance.

Special Notes

Some hotels in the itinerary require guests to present a credit card at check-in. Guests without a credit card will be denied accommodation. Please ensure you bring a credit card. Thank you for your understanding.
This tour requires a valid Canadian visa. If you are a U.S. permanent resident or hold a U.S. Green Card, a Canadian visa is not required.
No refunds or tour transfers will be provided if you are denied entry due to documentation issues or other reasons.
About Credit Card Authorization:
A credit card authorization is not an actual charge but a pre-authorization (a temporary hold) for a certain amount as a security deposit for incidental expenses or unforeseen damages. If you use an international credit card, especially one issued in China, the system may display this pre-authorization as an actual purchase. Please do not be alarmed; this is due to differences in banking regulations across countries. The hotel will release the authorization upon check-out. However, it may take several weeks for the hold to be lifted on international credit cards, depending on your bank's policies. Thank you for your understanding.
Please arrange your flight schedule in advance. If you miss the departure of the flight or bus due to delays, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture.
Once the group departs, any participant who leaves the tour midway for personal reasons will be regarded as having voluntarily withdrawn.
During peak season, due to limited hotel availability, we may substitute your accommodation with hotels of the same standard. Thank you for your understanding and support!
A surcharge of CAD $40 per person will be applied for attraction tickets or City Passes purchased from other sources.
For a single booking with 10 or more guests, we consider it a group and request at least 8 optional tours be chosen or pay CAD$90.00/guest price difference on the tour.
Prepaid tickets must be purchased as a package. If you wish to pay for individual attractions, please do so directly with the tour guide on the bus.
Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the prices at the attraction ticket counters.
The itinerary and order of activities are for reference only and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unexpected attraction closures. The local tour operator reserves the right to adjust or modify the itinerary as needed.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
