We will pick you up in the early morning from Las Vegas, then head to our first stop — Hoover Dam (30 mins, will cancel from Apr 05, 2020), located in the Black Gorge at the junction of Nevada and Arizona. It has comprehensive functions such as flood control, irrigation, power generation, shipping, and water supply. It was built in April 1931 and was completed in March 1936.
Then, we will head to Route 66 Museum for a rest. Our next stop is Barringer Meteor Crater. Ballinger Crater is located on the desert plateau at 1,740 meters above sea level in northern Arizona, with a diameter of 1,200 meters and a depth of 170 meters. It is surrounded by a 45-meter-high raised terrain. The crater was of great importance in geological research and was listed as a natural American by the federal government in November 1967.
We will arrive at Sedona at about 14:00 pm and pay a visit to this town.
