* Cancellations made before 34 days prior to departure date --- 30% penalty
* Cancellations made during 18-33 days prior to departure date --- 70% penalty
* Cancellations made within 17 days prior to departure date --- no refund / no amendment
* No partial refund on any unused services (For example, meals or admission fee included if you give up or the attractions are closed due to climate, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.)

Amendment Policy
* Amendment made during 6 days prior to departure date --- amendment fee: $60.00/order
* Amendment made within 5 days prior to departure date --- no refund / no amendment

- Change the name of guests
- Change the hotel (same level) or optional activities (In the case that it can still be confirmed)

To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during holiday season (New Year/Christmas).

Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
