Therefore, the tour guide will need to collect payment from guests for the optional activities at the beginning of the tour. We ask for your understanding.
4.A service fee of CAD 16 per person is charged for the tour guide and driver. This service fee covers the provision of professional services, including itinerary explanations, sightseeing, security management, hotel check-in, itinerary coordination and arrangements, and keeping the bus clean. This is not a tip from the guests. This service fee is mandatory for the tour unless the driver or tour guide violates or fails to perform their services.

6.The tour guide will arrange group meals during the tour to facilitate guests' dining and ensure a smooth itinerary. Guests may choose to dine independently according to their personal needs. However, please be aware that the tour guide cannot provide advice or assistance to guests dining independently other than for group meals, and please understand any inconvenience this may cause.
