On occasion, when towns we stay in host events, accommodation can be scarce and expensive so we may use other locations for your accommodation on the tour. We will always inform you of this when it is necessary.

We recommend you bring suitable clothing and footwear for your tour. Unless otherwise notified passengers are restricted to one medium sized suitcase/bag (maximum 14kg, height 70cm x width 30cm x depth 45cm) and one carry-on bag per person.

Cancellation Policy
- 23 days prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost
- 24-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of tour cost
- 30 or more days prior to departure date: 10% of tour cost
