【Modifications】
The following terms apply to changes in the number of travelers for an order, as well as modifications to the names of travelers (subject to resource availability on the corresponding travel dates).
- For modifications requested by within 0-17 days before departure (inclusive), no refunds will be issued for any activities, meals, tickets, or accommodation.
- For modifications requested 18 days (inclusive) or more before departure, a service fee of C $ 60 per order per change will apply (activities and meals may be refundable).

  • To make your trip more complete, enjoyable, and smooth, we strongly recommend that you pre-purchase activity tickets, meal packages, etc., when booking. No additional services will be provided within 10 days before departure or during the trip.
  • This product is a destination-based group tour. While the promised services and standards remain unchanged, you will join a group with other travelers, and the itinerary will be arranged collectively. The sequence of the itinerary may vary depending on the departure date.
  • Hotel star rating: There are no official hotel star rating standards in North America. The hotels involved in the itinerary are local brand hotels.
  • Hotel room configuration: Standard double rooms in North America typically have one large bed or two smaller beds. If you have special bed requirements, please inform us during booking, and we will try to accommodate your request.
  • Tour vehicles: The vehicle will be arranged according to the number of participants. For groups with fewer than 24 passengers, the driver will also act as the guide. For groups with 24 or more passengers, there will be one driver and one guide.
  • In case of special circumstances, such as severe weather or traffic accidents, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
  • If the itinerary includes airport transfer service, please ensure you provide accurate flight information. If the information is incorrect and results in an error in the pickup, the agency reserves the right to charge for a second service or an additional airport transfer fee, based on the cost of a paid transfer, or arrange for the next available free transfer.
  • Depending on the hotel's operational requirements, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental charges (such as phone calls, laundry, meals) during your stay.
  • All activity tickets and meals must be pre-booked. No additional services will be provided during the trip, thank you for your understanding.
  • During the trip, please arrive at the pickup point on time as per the guide's instructions to avoid delaying the other travelers' itinerary. If you are late and miss the group departure, you will need to proceed to the next meeting point on your own, at your own responsibility. We appreciate your understanding.
  • There may be instances where you stay at different hotels during the trip. If transfers between different hotels are necessary, the driver and guide will make reasonable arrangements based on the actual conditions of the group. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • During the trip, different vehicles and guides may be assigned to serve you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
  • If you need to leave the group during the trip, you must sign the "Leave the Group Confirmation Form."
  • Passengers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) during the tour.
  • For complimentary activities during the trip, if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors (such as traffic or weather) or if you are unable to participate for personal reasons, no refund will be given. We appreciate your understanding.
  • If you have special requests (such as bed type, vegetarian meals, baby seats, etc.), please inform us at least 7 days before the trip, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee them.
  • In the Rockies, there can be large temperature differences between morning and evening. The average daytime temperature in summer is 25 °C, and the average night temperature is 15-18 ° C. Please prepare clothes appropriately.
  • In the Rockies, there's ample sunshine and usually high levels of Ultraviolet rays (UV rays) that may cause sunburn, so proper sun protection will be needed. The region has a dry climate and body lotion is one of the must-haves when traveling.
  • When encountering wild animals, feeding is prohibited; In the case of large animals, do not leave the vehicle and approach.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and throughout the hotel. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of $300 CAD or more.
  • Within the national parks, please note smoking is permitted in certain areas only. Please follow the rules and do not litter cigarette butts. Please make sure that they're fully out in case of a fire hazard. 
  • Please note that hotels in the Rocky Mountains area are mostly 3-4 story wooden structures. Some hotels do not have elevators.
  • For environmental protection, Rocky Mountains area hotels are not provided with toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, comb; Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.
  • Most hotel rooms are not equipped with kettles. If you need hot water for drinking, please ask the hotel's front desk for assistance. If no kettle can be provided, please use the coffee machine properly as instructed.
  • There is no "hot (boiling)" drinking water at the attractions, if necessary, please prepare it yourself before departure.
  • Canadian voltage power is 110V, and the electrical socket is a three-pin plug: the upper one is round, and the lower two are flat and parallel.
  • Don't forget to bring your camera and enjoy your journey!

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.

This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. According to the notice from Jasper National Park, Maligne Canyon is closed year-round, and Pyramid Lake will be used as a substitute.
Do not take any hotel supplies, such as shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner, from the room. Doing so will incur a fine, payable by the guest.
