For group bookings (10 people or more), guests must either join at least 10 optional activities (attractions and/or meals) during the tour or pay a tour fee difference of CAD 120 per person; For groups of fewer than 10 people, activities are either prepaid as a package or booked individually with the guide during the tour.

This product is sold as a package. Once the order is received, the platform will book all products, activities, or services with the supplier. If you are unable to participate in any part of the itinerary or included services, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be issued.
Special Notes
- Some hotels require guests to check in with a credit card. Guests without a credit card will be denied check-in. Please be sure to bring your credit card. Thank you for your understanding.
- Credit card guarantee does not charge the fees, but pre-authorizes (temporarily locks) the corresponding amount as a guarantee for losses due to other consumption/unexpected circumstances. If you provide an international credit card, especially a credit card from China, the system does not show pre-authorization, but purchase behavior, please do not misunderstand. This is just a display record generated due to different national regulations. The hotel's deposit authorization will be released immediately when you leave. For international credit cards, it may take several weeks. It depends on the guest's bank regulations. Thank you for your understanding.
- Due to current special period，price/opening date of attraction is subject to change without notice. Please refer to the window price at the time of visit. If the attraction is temporarily closed, the tour operator reserves the right to temporarily cancel the attraction and adjust the itinerary.
- No changes can be made within 6 days prior to the departure date.
- Prices may vary due to different seasons and is subject to the final price on the box office. All admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees are based on Canadian currency (CAD) and must be paid for in cash before joining the tour. Guests who only bring US dollars will pay the price with a 1:1 currency exchange rate. We strongly recommend that you bring Canadian dollars.
- Admission tickets bought through sellers other than Compass Vacation or City Pass are not applicable to our tours, otherwise surcharge $40 will applied.
- Only accept prepaid whole admission package, otherwise guest can pay on the bus.
- The Company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary or order to facilitate the smooth running of each tour.
- Admission tickets or City Pass bought by yourselves on other site are not applicable to our tours, otherwise surcharge CAD$40.00/person will applied.
- Flight information must be provided at least 7 days prior to departure date in order for airport transfer services to be arranged. Flight information must be provided in time if you book tour within 7 days. If flight information is not provided or relayed at the last minute, we will assume you have arranged your own transportation and no driver will be sent. If you decide to make the trip from the airport to the hotel yourself, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of airport transfer service, you may still request said service provided we receive the request well in advance. Urgent requests to reinstate airport shuttle service will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun / local provider will attempt to arrange pick-up at a later time, but this is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available, all guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to the hotel.
- The schedule is always dependent on the attraction opening time and sometimes the itinerary is not the exact final route. Itinerary changes might be necessary at that time.
- Please bring relevant travel documents (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
