When selfie sticks are observed at bag check, Guest Relations runners at bag check will escort the Guest to Guest Relations. Guest Relations will tag the device and give the Guest a claim ticket to retrieve it upon exiting the park.

Please bring all relevant travel documents: passport, Alien Card, Visa, etc. You are responsible for obtaining any and all travel documents required to enter the United States of America.

In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service.

Universal Studios Halloween Night Attention:
- 1 night ticket on Halloween (buy one get one free, limited on Sunday to Friday). Use only on the following dates (Sunday to Friday), plus one Halloween night for free. cannot be used on Saturdays for two nights.
- The second night of the gift must also be any one of the dates listed below. Two nights can be discontinuous:
September: September 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 28, 30;
October: October 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 19, 21, 24, 25, 26, 28, 31;
November: November 1, 2.
- Guests need to buy tickets from tour guide. Free tickets for the second night is not available if you purchase from the Universal Studios official website and the attractions window.
- Activities may be too irritating for young children. Children under the age of 13 are not recommended to participate and any Halloween costumes or masks is forbidden.
- The special event for Halloween Night is the date specified for the period of 9/14-11/3/2018. The event starts at 6:30PM until the day of the park (the daily closing time may vary, whichever is the day of travel). On the 28 designated nights of the night from 9/14 to 11/3/2018, the Universal Studios Park will be cleared at 5:00 PM. Guests who have not purchased the Halloween Night must leave at 5:00PM. Guests who purchase tickets will be able to enter the park at 6:30 PM after the clearance.
- Tickets of "buy one get one free" are limited to the same guest. Ticket names and traveler ID must be the same. Attractions have the right to request inspection.
- If you only purchase the above tickets for the Halloween night, You cannot enter the park during the opening day until 5:00 PM.
- If the weather is rainy, etc., the attraction will be held as scheduled. Attractions are not refunded or refilled due to weather conditions. - The scenic spot has the right to modify the date, time, etc. of the event, and the attraction reserves the right to interpret all activities without notice.
- Exclude transpotation.
- Retirement policy: Once booked, no cancellation and refund.

Flight information must be provided in order for airport transfer services to be arranged. If flight information is not provided or relayed at the last minute, we will assume you have arranged your own transportation and no driver will be sent. If you decide to make the trip from the airport to the hotel yourself, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of airport transfer service, you may still request said service provided we receive the request well in advance. Urgent requests to reinstate airport shuttle service will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun / local provider will attempt to arrange pick-up at a later time, but this is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available, all guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to the hotel.

This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Guests need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
