5-Day Maple Tour from Toronto: Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Agawa Canyon, Gravenhurst and Niagara Falls

[Pickup Information]
1. Complimentary 24-hour airport pick-up service at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) – limited to once per order.
24-hour pick-up: service is available regardless of the arrival time; guests will be picked up at any time of day or night.
- Pick-up will be arranged based on the flight arrival time, with a waiting window of up to 1 hour after the flight lands. Our staff will contact guests in advance to confirm the exact pick-up time on the day of arrival.
- If an order includes two or more flights, the pick-up time will be based on the latest arriving flight.
- Maximum waiting time: 90 minutes for international flights and 60 minutes for domestic flights after arrival. If this limit is exceeded and the driver leaves, an additional charge will apply for a return trip.
- For example, if delays occur due to baggage claim or customs clearance and guests exceed the waiting time, they must arrange their own transportation or pay for a second pick-up.
- If guests are uncertain about when they can exit the airport, we recommend notifying the pick-up staff only after collecting luggage or clearing customs to avoid delays and guarantee the service.
Designated pick-up points at Toronto Pearson Airport:
Terminal 1 – Domestic flights: Gate A – Tim Hortons
Terminal 1 – International flights: Gate C – Information Desk
Terminal 3 – Domestic flights: Gate B
Terminal 3 – International flights: Gate G – Information Desk
- For flight changes or cancellations, please inform us at least 3 hours before the originally scheduled arrival time.
- Each guest is allowed one piece of carry-on and one piece of checked luggage. Extra luggage will be charged at CAD$35 per piece.
- Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM; check-out is required before 11:00 AM.

2. In addition to airport pick-up, free pick-up is also available from hotels/residences within the Greater Toronto Area – limited to once per order.
- Service is limited to areas such as Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, and North York. The exact pick-up time will be arranged by our company. For other areas, please contact customer service for confirmation.

3. For pick-up at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), or locations in or near Downtown Toronto, a CAD$100 transportation surcharge will apply per order, as these areas are not eligible for complimentary service.

[Departure Information]
- At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Please arrange for flights departing after 20:00 in the evening. During the return journey, the group will disband at the airport, and guests are required to handle their own check-in procedures

Note:
If flight details are not received at least 2 days before arrival (excluding the arrival day, e.g., for an Aug 3 arrival, details must be provided by Jul 31), we will assume you will check in to the hotel on your own and will not arrange free airport pickup. Please check in directly using the hotel information on your confirmation. We will provide your Day 2 guide's contact information for your convenience.
