Own Expenses
All mandatory fees must be paid in cash to the tour guide and tickets cannot be pre-purchased separately. Any optional activities you wish to join must be paid to your tour guide in cash.

* Cancellation Made 33 or More Days Prior to Departure Date - 90% of the total purchase amount can be refunded.

* Peak seasons include: New Year's Eve/New Year, Spring Break (March–April), Summer Vacation (June–August), Thanksgiving (late November), Marathon (early December), and Christmas period.
* All flight tickets are non-cancellable and non-changeable once issued.
* Entrance tickets, activities, and other items listed under "Included" are already covered in the package. If you choose not to participate, or if cancellations occur due to force majeure (e.g., attraction closures), no refund will be provided.

Special Notes
- Important note for Oahu itineraries: The guide may adjust the sightseeing order based on conditions, or combine two half-day tours into one day, leaving the other day as free time. Please advise us at booking if you have concerns.
- If an attraction is temporarily closed or under maintenance, the guide will adjust and replace it with another site accordingly.
- For groups of 14 guests or fewer, a driver-guide service will be arranged.
- During peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, spring break, summer vacation, Thanksgiving, marathon season, etc.), group size may exceed 16 guests—thank you for your understanding.
- If the itinerary includes inter-island or domestic flights, the price may vary slightly. Once flight tickets are confirmed, they are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- We will do our best to follow the planned itinerary and designated hotels. However, due to factors beyond our control, changes may occur—thank you for your understanding.
- Most hotels in Hawaii require a valid credit card for deposit at check-in. All special requests are subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in.
- For guests needing luggage storage on the last day, most hotels charge around $2 per bag or $10–12 per person for same-day storage. Overnight storage is generally not allowed (a policy since 9/11). If you wish to store luggage with a local travel agency, the fee is $25 per piece (within 3 days). Thank you for your understanding.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
