Know Before You Book: 
  • This product is a destination-based tour; please prepare a valid tourist visa.
  • Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, contact information, adult or child, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You will be solely responsible for any delays or losses caused by missing information.
  • The tour fee only includes transportation and hotel accommodation. Other expenses such as entrance fees to attractions, meals, and service fees are charged separately.
  • This product is a group tour for individual travelers at the destination, and guests from different regions and multiple locations may join the tour together.
  • Hotel Star Rating: There is no official star rating system for hotels in North America. All hotels mentioned in the itinerary are local brand hotels. The rating is based on Google reviews or Booking.com. Some areas of North American hotels are 2-3 stories high and may not have elevators.
  • Standard hotel rooms in North America typically feature one king-size bed, two beds, or one bed plus a sofa bed. If you require a twin room, please inform us when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Product components, such as tour vehicles, hotels, restaurants, tourist attraction facilities, and language and culture, vary in evaluation standards depending on the region and country. Your understanding is appreciated. (The legally provided service language is bilingual, either Mandarin or Cantonese, and English.)
  • In case of special circumstances, such as severe weather, traffic accidents, parades or celebrations, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
  • We strongly recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance to protect your personal interests and avoid losses due to illness, visa issues, accidents, or other circumstances that prevent you from joining the tour as scheduled or result in the loss of your belongings, or various expenses or losses incurred if you need to seek immediate medical attention in the event of an accident on the tour.
  • In the event of flight cancellations, delays, weather conditions, or other travel safety issues, there are specific regulations governing these matters directly for passengers, and these are not the responsibility of our company.

Know Before You Go: 
  • Guests must provide a mobile phone number that can be used to contact them during the tour so that the tour guide can reach them. Any inconvenience or disruption to the itinerary caused by a non-functional phone number will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
  • If your itinerary includes airport transfer service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information.
    * Pickup Arrangement: The pickup service time is limited to a waiting period of no more than one hour after the flight's arrival.
    * If an order has two or more flights arriving, the latest arrival time will be used as the reference time for the pickup service.
    * Toronto airport transfers are only available for free pick-ups at YYZ airports.
    * Maximum waiting time for pick-up service: No more than 90 minutes after the arrival of international flights, or no more than 60 minutes after the arrival of domestic flights. If the waiting time exceeds this limit, a new charge will apply if the driver needs to return to the airport after leaving.
  • Please ensure your return flight departs from Toronto International Airport (YYZ) after 20:00 PM (domestic) or after 21:00 PM (international). For the return trip, the entire group will drop off at the airport; guests will check in independently.
  • Depending on the hotel's operating requirements, you may be required to provide a credit card as a deposit for your stay, which is used to guarantee against incidental charges (such as telephone, laundry, and food). It is recommended to prepare at least one credit card per room.
  • For environmental reasons, the hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and combs are not provided; it is recommended to prepare these before your trip. If needed urgently, you can request these items from the front desk.
  • In accordance with North American customs, hotel rooms do not provide kettles. If you require hot water, please inquire at the hotel reception. If a kettle is unavailable, you may boil a small amount of water for drinking if you use the coffee machine correctly.
  • Please avoid bringing valuables and expensive jewelry on the tour. It is strongly recommended that all participants always carry valuables and documents with them and assume responsibility for the safekeeping of their belongings and documents. Our company, the tour driver, tour leader, and tour guide will not be held liable for any loss of money or belongings due to theft under any circumstances or in any location.
  • The tour itinerary, restaurant selection, sightseeing, and hotel arrangements are subject to adjustment due to factors such as season and number of participants. These arrangements are made by our company, which reserves the right to make changes for the benefit of the group. No refunds will be given if a member is unable to enjoy a meal or accommodation due to personal reasons.
  • For complimentary items included in the itinerary, if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather, or if you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please be aware that if you need to leave the group during the trip, the fees paid will not be refunded.

Group Tour Information:
  • For bus tour groups, tickets purchased from non-local tour operators or city passes are not applicable to local tour operator's tours. Otherwise, an additional fee of CAD 60.00--100.00 per person (depending on the type of tour) will be charged on the tour. If you purchase tickets on your own, you will not be able to use the group entrance convenience channel and will need to queue at the individual entrance. Please be informed that any inconvenience caused by this is regretted. Prepaid tickets can only be purchased as a package. If you only pay for a certain item, please pay the tour guide on the bus. For orders of 10 people or more, prepayment is required for the minimum number of activities specified for the itinerary, as well as for the guide service fee.
  • The bus tour itinerary is packed with activities, so all tour members are requested to cooperate with the tour guide to manage their time effectively. Punctuality is extremely important. Please do not be late for the designated pick-up points/attraction times, etc., to avoid disrupting the entire itinerary and affecting the experience of other tourists. If you are late, and the tour guide has made every effort to find and communicate with you, but you are still unable to join the group on time; To avoid affecting subsequent arrangements, the tour guide has the right to decide, based on experience, that the group and vehicle must depart first. If you are late and unable to join the tour or proceed to the next destination, you will be responsible for making your own way to the next meeting point at your own expense. The tour guide will contact you during this time to ensure you join the group as soon as possible.
  • On the first day of the tour, the tour guide needs to confirm the number of participants for optional activities and immediately book attractions and restaurants to ensure a reasonable schedule and itinerary. Therefore, the tour guide will need to collect payment from guests for the optional activities at the beginning of the tour. We ask for your understanding.
  • A service fee of CAD 16.00 per person is charged for the tour guide and driver. This service fee covers the provision of professional services, including itinerary explanations, sightseeing, security management, hotel check-in, itinerary coordination and arrangements, and keeping the bus clean. This is not a tip from the guests. This service fee is mandatory for the tour unless the driver or tour guide violates or fails to perform their services.
  • Seats on the bus are rotated daily among tour members to ensure fairness. For those who require a guaranteed front-row seat, we offer a guaranteed arrangement service for an additional fee.
  • The tour guide will arrange group meals during the tour to facilitate guests' dining and ensure a smooth itinerary. Guests may choose to dine independently according to their personal needs. However, please be aware that the tour guide cannot provide advice or assistance to guests dining independently other than for group meals, and please understand any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Canada is a vast country with a tight schedule. The tour guide will make rest stops every 2-2.5 hours to allow guests to handle personal matters. Emergency restrooms are also available on the bus for unforeseen circumstances.
  • Attraction prices, opening dates, and times are subject to change or updates at any time. Prices are subject to availability at the time of your visit. If an attraction is closed, the local tour operator reserves the right to cancel the attraction and adjust the itinerary accordingly.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms throughout the trip. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of CAD 300.00 or more.
  • During the tour, there may be instances where guests stay at different hotels. If this involves pick-up and drop-off arrangements for guests from different hotels, the driver and guide will make reasonable arrangements based on the actual situation of the group. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated!
  • During the tour, different vehicles and tour guides may be used depending on the itinerary. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
