Early Bird Promotions

Promotion 1: Book a regular tour at least one month before departure and enjoy a free one-night upgrade in Quebec City to either a hotel within walking distance to Old Quebec (first come, first served) or a suite in a standard hotel, including complimentary breakfast. (Not applicable for departures on August 19, 22, and 24.) Please specify your hotel preference when booking.

【Airport Pick-Up】
Toronto International Airport (YYZ) offers free 24-hour airport pick-up service (limited to one pick-up per booking).
24-hour pick-up: This means pick-up arrangements are not restricted by flight arrival times, and pick-up services are available at any time.
- Pick-up is arranged uniformly, with the service window being within one hour after the flight's arrival. The driver will contact the guest in advance to confirm the exact pick-up time on the day of arrival.
- If there are two or more different flight arrivals under one booking, the latest arrival time will be considered the reference time for the pick-up service.
Pick-up waiting time: For international flights, the waiting time is a maximum of 90 minutes after arrival, and for domestic flights, the waiting time is a maximum of 60 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds this, the driver will leave, and a re-entry charge will apply if a return trip to the airport is required.
- If the guest is delayed due to luggage retrieval or customs clearance, they must make their own way to the hotel or pay for a re-arranged pick-up service.
- If the guest is uncertain about when they can exit the airport, it is recommended to inform the pick-up service after collecting luggage or clearing customs to ensure they do not exceed the waiting time limit.
Pick-up meeting points at Toronto Airport:
- Terminal 1 (Domestic Flights) - Gate A, Tim Hortons Café / International Flights - Gate C, Information Desk
- Terminal 3 (Domestic Flights) - Gate B / International Flights - Gate G, Information Desk
- If there is a flight change or cancellation, please notify the staff 3 hours in advance of the original arrival time.
- Each guest is allowed one carry-on bag and one checked bag. An additional charge of $35 per extra bag will apply.
- Hotel check-in starts from 3:00 PM; check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
- For pick-up services from YTZ Airport or Toronto Downtown and surrounding areas, an additional fee of CAD $100 will apply per trip if the service is not included for free.
- Free pick-up service is also available from hotels or residences within the Toronto area (limited to one pick-up per booking).
- Hotels/residences are limited to areas such as Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, North York, etc. The specific pick-up time will be arranged by our company. For areas outside this range, please contact customer service for confirmation.

【Airport Drop-Off】
- At the end of the tour, for drop-off at Toronto International Airport (YYZ), please arrange domestic flights departing after 8:00 PM or international flights after 9:00 PM.
- The group will disband at the airport, and guests will handle check-in procedures independently.

Note:
If flight details are not received at least 2 days before arrival (excluding the arrival day, e.g., for an Aug 3 arrival, details must be provided by Jul 31), we will assume you will check in to the hotel on your own and will not arrange free airport pickup. Please check in directly using the hotel information on your confirmation. We will provide your Day 2 guide's contact information for your convenience.

Time limit for providing flight information:

Kindly submit your flight details at least 3 days in advance of the group joining date. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful arrangement of the transfer service.

Own Expenses

All mandatory fees must be paid in cash to the tour guide and tickets cannot be pre-purchased separately. Any optional activities you wish to join must be paid to your tour guide in cash.

Please refer to the actual activities and ticket prices on the day of the tour).(For groups of 10 people or more, each guest must either take part in at least 8 optional activities (attractions and meals) during the tour or pay a tour fare difference of CAD 90 per person.)
Gratuity for the driver and tour guide: CAD $16 per person per day; airport pick-up service: CAD $8 per person per trip.

* Due to current special circumstances, attraction prices, opening dates, and hours may be adjusted or updated at any time. Please refer to the posted prices at the time of your visit. If an attraction is closed, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the itinerary accordingly.
* Please Note: Gratuities for the tour guide and driver, as well as optional activity fees not included in the tour package, will be calculated in Canadian dollars.

Special Notes

Some hotels in the itinerary require guests to present a credit card at check-in. Guests without a credit card will be denied accommodation. Please ensure you bring a credit card. Thank you for your understanding.
This tour requires a valid Canadian visa. If you are a U.S. permanent resident or hold a U.S. Green Card, a Canadian visa is not required.
No refunds or tour transfers will be provided if you are denied entry due to documentation issues or other reasons.
About Credit Card Authorization:
A credit card authorization is not an actual charge but a pre-authorization (a temporary hold) for a certain amount as a security deposit for incidental expenses or unforeseen damages. If you use an international credit card, especially one issued in China, the system may display this pre-authorization as an actual purchase. Please do not be alarmed; this is due to differences in banking regulations across countries. The hotel will release the authorization upon check-out. However, it may take several weeks for the hold to be lifted on international credit cards, depending on your bank's policies. Thank you for your understanding.
Please arrange your flight schedule in advance. If you miss the departure of the flight or bus due to delays, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture.
Once the group departs, any participant who leaves the tour midway for personal reasons will be regarded as having voluntarily withdrawn.
During peak season, due to limited hotel availability, we may substitute your accommodation with hotels of the same standard. Thank you for your understanding and support!
A surcharge of CAD $40 per person will be applied for attraction tickets or City Passes purchased from other sources.
For a single booking with 10 or more guests, we consider it a group and request at least 8 optional tours be chosen or pay CAD$90.00/guest price difference on the tour.
Prepaid tickets must be purchased as a package. If you wish to pay for individual attractions, please do so directly with the tour guide on the bus.
Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the prices at the attraction ticket counters.
The itinerary and order of activities are for reference only and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unexpected attraction closures. The local tour operator reserves the right to adjust or modify the itinerary as needed.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
