- Airfare and transportation costs between your departure location and the airport
- All personal expenses and meals
- Admission tickets or optional activities during the tour (optional activities and prices may vary depending on the season. Please refer to the actual activities and ticket prices on the day of the tour)(Groups of 10 or more are required to join a minimum of 6 optional activities (attractions and meals included) during the tour, or pay a supplemental tour fee of CAD 70 per person.)
- Gratuity for the driver and tour guide: CAD $16 per person per day
- Due to the current special circumstances, attraction prices, opening dates, and times may be adjusted or updated at any time. Please refer to the posted prices at the time of your visit. If an attraction is closed, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the itinerary accordingly

Special Notes
- Some hotels in the itinerary require guests to present a credit card at check-in. Guests without a credit card will be denied accommodation. Please ensure you bring a credit card. Thank you for your understanding.
- This tour requires a valid Canadian visa. If you are a U.S. permanent resident or hold a U.S. Green Card, a Canadian visa is not required.
- No refunds or tour transfers will be provided if you are denied entry due to documentation issues or other reasons.
- About Credit Card Authorization:
- A credit card authorization is not an actual charge but a pre-authorization (a temporary hold) for a certain amount as a security deposit for incidental expenses or unforeseen damages. If you use an international credit card, especially one issued in China, the system may display this pre-authorization as an actual purchase. Please do not be alarmed; this is due to differences in banking regulations across countries. The hotel will release the authorization upon check-out. However, it may take several weeks for the hold to be lifted on international credit cards, depending on your bank's policies. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please arrange your flight schedule in advance. If you miss the departure of the flight or bus due to delays, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture.
- Once the group departs, any participant who leaves the tour midway for personal reasons will be regarded as having voluntarily withdrawn.
- During peak season, due to limited hotel availability, we may substitute your accommodation with hotels of the same standard. Thank you for your understanding and support!
- A surcharge of CAD $40 per person will be applied for attraction tickets or City Passes purchased from other sources.
- For a single booking with 10 or more guests, we consider it a group and request at least 6 optional tours be chosen or pay CAD$70.00/guest price difference on the tour.
- Prepaid tickets must be purchased as a package. If you wish to pay for individual attractions, please do so directly with the tour guide on the bus.
- Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the prices at the attraction ticket counters.
- The itinerary and order of activities are for reference only and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unexpected attraction closures. The local tour operator reserves the right to adjust or modify the itinerary as needed.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
