8-Day Beijing & Tianjin & Chengde Exclusive tour

Please note:

1. Beijing MUST BE the first entry city
2. Travelers who participate in any other tours may only join this 8-day Tour on a separate occasion (re-enter the country). Or there will be additional cost.
3. This particular 8-day Tour begins every Thursday in Beijing local time starting from the 14th of Mar. 2013.
4. Minimum of 2 participants required. If the group is less than 10, then travelers will join in our Chinese-Americans Beijing 8 Days tour and follow their itinerary.
5. Tour generally accepts foreign travelers from the USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand who are permanent residents or passport holders.
6. Traveler(s) MUST follow the scheduled 8-day tour itinerary and join all tour activities
7. Adults and children need to pay the same amount for gratuities and ‘tour fee need to pay’ tours. [It’s mandatory not optional. Please give it to the local tour guide in full amount. Or Agency collects it before customers departure.]
8. We are not responsible for special room arrangement requests; if only one traveler occupies one room, then the traveler needs to pay a Single Supplemental Fee.
9. Free shuttle services are not provided for travelers who arrive in advance or extend their stay (we would be glad to arrange shuttle services at an additional cost: US$30/person).
10. Preferred accommodations subject to change to similar class accommodations.
11. All prices subject to change without notice.
12. Day-by-day itinerary provided prior to the trip is preliminary and subject to change. We pledge to make every effort to follow the tour itinerary; however unforeseen situations do occasionally occur.
13. We do not directly provide services that include but are not limited to: custom-tailor shops for suits & dresses, eyewear (frames, lens, and sunglasses), personal seal engravings, etc.

Shopping is an active part of tourism. Your tour may have shopping stops. Please note shopping is always a personal matter, and we are not responsible for any purchases you make during your trip, whether that merchant is part of the scheduled itinerary or not.

Extra costs will occur when events that we could not foresee or avoid happened. Such events may include flight delay/canceled, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, and all similar events outside our control.

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Yellow Fever Vaccination Requirement: If you have traveled to or transited through yellow fever-endemic regions including East African countries (excluding Tanzania) or South American countries, either before or after your trip, you may be required to present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate.
