Your vacation will begin as you land in sunny South Florida and meet your tour guide at Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Your tour escort will wait at the Baggage Claim Area. Then we will bring you to the hotel and you can arrange rest of the day. If you take the early flight before 5:00 p.m., you can choose to go to the Aventura Mall or Dolphin Mall for some shopping for an additional fee(12:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.). Please leave a note when you make reservation. If you arrive at MIA airport before 6:00 p.m.,or FLL airport before 5:30 p.m., you can choose to go to the Miami South Beach Tour for an additional fee.(Minimum 2 pax) 【Airport pick up note】 The complimentary airport pick-up is only from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.(flight arrival time) We also provide complimentary pick up at Port of Miami(POM) at 9:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m., or Port of Everglades(POE) at 10:30 a.m. Cruise information must be provided if you need the free pick up service at port. 【Airport pick up in advance】 If you book this tour with pre-extension hotel beginning with code "33-" on our site which located in MIA areas. We can offer free airport pick-up in MIA or FLL Airport from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. for customer that arrive at the airport prior to the departure day. OR We also offer free port pick up service at Port of Miami(POM) at 9:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m., or Port of Everglades(POE) at 10:30 a.m. Customer who choose airport pick-up or port pick-up service prior to the departure day will be charged of service fee($7.00/Person). If you need the pick up service prior to the departure day, please make comment when making reservation. And we will transfer you to the hotel you booked. If the pre-extension hotel that you booked is different from the hotel that the tour stays at on the first night, we will inform you of the first night hotel information in advance. Please Note: Howard Johnson Hotel( near the Miami airport) free shuttle bus is only from 6:00am-11:00pm. Please arrange your time if you choose the hotel free shuttle bus.

Reservation Requirement:

Participants of the tour will be required to have in their possession a valid passport and all visas for travel to the U.S. available during the tour to be allowed to board the cruise ship.

Tour participants will need to have in their possession at the time of travel, one of the below requirements:
1. Valid United States Passport
2. Valid Passport and United States Green Card (Permanent Resident Card)
3. B1/B2 Visa (Business or Travel/ Visit Visa) and passport (valid 6 months past the return date)
4. International Student Visa (F-1 visa) and passport (valid 6 months past the return date) and I-20 form and I-94 form
5. J-1 Visa and passport (valid 6 months past the return date) and invitation letter (DS2019)

All of the visitors must be over 21 years old (for the travelers under 21 years old, legal guardians must stay with them). Please inform us in advance if you think your documents may be close to their expiration so we can check whether you can attend the itinerary based on your documents' validity. Tours4Fun will not be responsible for losses resulting from denied boarding due to missing travel documentation and requirements.

Note about Cruise Reservation:
Please contact us for the cruise ticket's quotation, due to the large changes of cruise ticket.;
The information you need to offer us so that we can make the reservation for you: name, gender, date of birth, passport number and Passport Expiration Date. If you don't provide us the above information, we will consider that your conditions conform to the reservation requirements and arrange reservation directly for you.

Please note: The total expense on the website consists of two parts: Tour Fee and Cruise Ticket. Due to the cruise ticket we need to separate booking for you, if you cancel this tour before departure, then we will charge fines according to the tour fee cancellation policy and cruise ticket cancellation policy, respectively

Tour Fee Cancellation Policy:
45-30 days prior to departure date: 25% of Reservation Cost;
30-10 days prior to departure date: 50% of Reservation Cost;
10 days prior to departure date: 100% of Reservation Cost.

Cruise Ticket Cancellation Policy:
77-58 days prior to departure date: $280.00/ticket;
57-32 days prior to departure date: 60% of Cruise Ticket Cost;
31-17 days prior to departure date: 80% of Cruise Ticket Cost;
16 days prior to departure date: 100% of Cruise Ticket Cost.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. For the detail arrangement, please email or call us prior to departure date to re-confirm it. If you plan to leave in advance when on tour, please DO contact us for the final itinerary. Hotel general check in time will be 2:00pm.

In Spring/Summer, we recommend you to wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
