Please bring relevant travel documents (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting and returning to your own country including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. Please check with your country's government representatives for further information.
Travelers under the age of 18 participating in Mexican tours should carry certified written consent made by both parents in English. The consent should be shown when during check-in at the airport departing for Mexico from the U.S. or other countries. When travelling in Mexico, the consent is not obligatory.

Please meet tour guide at Baggage Claim Area or the Exit after your arrival at the airport on the first day.
Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact local tour provider to see if there is available staff to accommodate your needs.
We strongly recommend that you contact the airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pick-up arrangement before your departure.

*The pricing for this tour is LAND ONLY. The international and domestic airfares are not included. We can make reservations if you need this service. Please contact us for a price quote.
* This tour requires a minimum of two people to operate. If you are the only person going on the tour, the only way you can book it is if you pay for the cost of two people. If other people then sign up for this tour after you book it, you will be refunded the cost of the additional person when the tour has ended.
If you choose to pay for two guests when you are the only person going on the tour, please indicate this when booking the tour or you will not be refunded the additional person cost if more people sign up.
Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
Price for Double/Triple Occupancy applies when two/three people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third or fourth bed in the room, but it can be requested at the time of check-in.
Price for child applies when a 2-11 year-old child stays in one standard room as a third or fourth person.
Maximum room capacity is three people including adults and child/infant.

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
