1. We do NOT allow customers to use the CITY PASS to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. If you do purchase and bring a CITY PASS, the local agency will not supply the transportation service on that day. Meanwhile, if you forgo the New York City Tour, the local agency will collect some cash as penalty fee. For the details, please consult your guide on tour.
3. Guests who forgo the New York City Tour will pay $65.00/Person as a penalty fee.

We are strongly recommended that passengers buy travel insurance to protect themselves in case of any flight cancellation, natural catastrophe & unforeseen circumstances.

Most of the hotels in U.S. are smoke-free. If there is evidence of from you smoking found in a room, you could be fined $250.00 or more. Please DO NOT rearrange the furniture in the room for any purposes. If you want to enjoy the benefit of "Buy 2, Get 1 Free or "Buy 2, Get 2 Free," you have to follow the hotel's rules. Hotel management will collect the penalty of at least USD$250 from the guest directly for resuming back the room.

During the spring and summer, we recommend that you wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During the fall and winter, we recommend that you wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.
