Cancellation and Tour Date Amendment Policy:
If the cancellation or amendment request is received 8 days prior to departure date--100% of the reservation cost will be charged
9-16 days prior to the departure date--56% of the reservation cost will be charged
17 and more days prior to the departure date -- 31% of the reservation cost will be charged

Children under 9 must be secured in a car seat while in the vehicle. Please prepare a car seat for each passenger under 9.

Some attractions will be closed during holidays or events (eg. Christmas, Thanksgiving), the arrangement is subject to your tour guide.

After our initial confirmation of your booking, your booking will be subject to re-confirmation 2 or 3 days prior to the departure date if your scheduled departure date is between end of December and mid-February.

During spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During Fall/Winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

If the weather condition, war, general strikes and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserve the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.

If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reason, the fee for hotels and transportation is not refundable.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers, and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
