  • Cancellation & Amendment：
    Up to 35 days before travel: CHF 450.- per person + handling fee (min. CHF 60.- per person, max. CHF 120.- per booking)
    34 - 11 days before travel: 60% of overall package cost
    10 - 0 days before travel or no show: 100% of overall package cost
    After our confirmation has been raised, we will charge an amendment fee of CHF 60.- per person, max.
    CHF 120.- per booking file plus any charges that may be made by our own suppliers. This particularly will apply where non-refundable rates have been booked.
  • The order of the itinerary may be reversed in instances where there is limited availability on the train. You will be informed of any changes in itinerary well in advance of scheduled departure.
  • The hotels for each night will be confirmed after the booking is confirmed and paid in full.
  • The package includes train transfers to/from the airport to/from the hotel as part of SBB's Swiss Transfer Ticket service. Airport transfers are not provided by the tour operator.
  • Transfers to the hotel by train are arranged at service desks at Geneva Airport and Zurich Airport. After you collect your luggage, please proceed directly to the corresponding counter and show the clerk your transfer validation. Service desk operating hours are as follows:
    Visitor's Centre, Geneva Airport: Daily 7:00am - 11:00pm
    Airport Information Service Centre, Zurich Airport: Daily 6:00am - 11:30pm
  • If your flight arrives outside the opening hours listed above, you will not be able to redeem your voucher for a train transfer on the same day, and will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel.
  • You will receive detailed instructions on how to take the train following order confirmation and full payment.
  • Tirano is in Italy. For those wanting to shop or grab a bite to eat before boarding the bus, please bring some Euros with you. The Swiss Franc is not widely accepted as legal tender in Tirano. Once in Lugano, you will be able to use Swiss Francs again.
