The magnificent view from this Yosemite National Park lookout that opened in 1933 has been the inspiration for many works of art. Tunnel View allows spectators to see park wonders such as Half Dome, El Capitan, Bridalveil Fall and Yosemite Valley. Improvements made to the viewpoint in 2008 were extending the handicap accessible viewing area, adding informational exhibits and improving traffic flow. Tunnel View is on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Two day Yosemite tour

We were only four people on tour with the guide. The guide was very knowledgeable about the history and gave great reviews of history en route to the park as well as the history of the park. We were provided with personal, professional services and our guide knew the park very well so we were at the most scenic spots before the bus loads of people came there. The hikes to the different areas made it more memorable. The park itself has breathtaking sceneries. Nature at its best... Overall I can recommend the tour to prospective visitors.
