Designed by A. Quincy Jones in the mid-60s for Walter and Leonore Annenberg, Sunnyland is a prime example of modernist architecture. The material of the building - steel, concrete, glass - are all clearly shown throughout the structure. Surrounding the estate is an extensive cactus and flower garden.
