Named after the Duke of Bohemia Saint Wenceslaus I, this Gothic cathedral is the most recognizable building in Olomouc. St. Wenceslas Cathedral was completed in 1141 and renovated during the 13th and 14th centuries. It has the second tallest church spire in the Czech Republic at more than 330 feet. The cathedral is the seat of Olomouc's archbishop.
