This avenue runs along the Guadalquivir River between two bridges: the Puente San Telmo and Puente Isabel II, near the Plaza de Toros of Maestranza. The street is lined with elegant buildings faced with iron balconies that make for a pleasant view. However, the main road has a lot of traffic, so the gravel paths through the riverside parks offer a more enjoyable stroll. Passersby will also see the avenue’s statue of Columbus.
