The prominent Washington, D.C. monument honoring United States President Abraham Lincoln is situated on the National Mall and includes a 2,029-foot reflecting pool. Lincoln Memorial designed by architect Henry Bacon, sculptor Daniel Chester French and artist Jules Guerin in Beaux-Arts style was dedicated in 1922.
