This 242-acre Royal Park of London runs adjacent to Hyde Park and was originally the gardens for Kensington Palace. Kensington Gardens began as part of Hyde Park and was separated in 1728 for Queen Caroline and then landscaped by Charles Bridgeman and Henry Wise to features many gardens and a pond.
