Keauhou is an unincorporated community located on the island of Hawaii. Though Keauhou is unincorporated, the community does have a post office and a zip code. Keauhou is near the Keauhou Bay and the community is home to the Keauhou Slide, which is the largest and best-preserved holua course and was used for the ancient Hawaiian Makahiki games, which was similar to the Olympics.
