As its name suggests, this Michigan city is full of Dutch attractions and hosts a popular annual Tulip Time Festival in May. Holland was settled in 1847 by Dutch immigrants and is situated along Lake Macatawa near Lake Michigan. It is nicknamed "The City of Churches" for its 170 churches. Holland points of interest include the Holland Museum, Neli's Dutch Village, Tunnel Park, Windmill Island Gardens, Veldheer Tulip Gardens and the nearby Holland Harbor Lighthouse.
