Established in 1978 by fifth-generation French winemaker Paul Bosc, this Niagara-on-the-Lake winery has 30-plus vintages in its vineyards. Chateau des Charmes is an event venue in addition to hosting tours and wine-tasting. It provides culinary menus through partner Vintage Hotels. The winery uses sustainable farming practices and is a charter member of Sustainable Winemaking Ontario.
