Spanning 45-acres, the zoo is home to over 2,900 animals including 89 species of mammals, 49 species of reptiles, and 175 species of birds. A number of animals, such as rabbits, nutria, peacocks, and other birds and rodents, roam the park freely to gather. The zoo is composed of 4 main sectors: the Farm of the Zoo where guests can feed donkeys, goats, sheep, and ponies; the Aquarium which houses penguins, piranhas, and other fresh and sea water animals; the Reptile House, and the Tropical Rainforest, which displays tropical plant life.
