New Orleans' most popular street seems to have a party every night as it runs 13 blocks in the city's historic French Quarter. Bourbon Street was designed with other New Orleans streets in 1721 when the city was under French rule and engineer Adrien de Pauger named it after France's ruling family - House of Bourbon.
