  • We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your travels. During the summer months, casual dress - shorts, jeans, comfortable shoes - is suggested on all tours.
  • To protect your own property, please carry all valuable items on your person at all times. Do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction, restaurant, etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft at any location.
  • Temperatures in the Grand Canyon are typically 25-30°F cooler than in Phoenix and vary by season. We recommend our guests bring jackets in the event of changing weather patterns.
  • One standard size carry-on (9”x14”x22”) and one personal item (ex. purse or camera bag) per person ONLY. This policy is strictly enforced. Space is at a premium for guest comfort. Extra luggage cannot be transported.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    -If amendment is made within 9 days(workday) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
    -If amendment is made 10-15 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
    -If amendment is made 16-24 days before departure date, 25% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
