Free airport pick-up and drop-off is valid only for flight arrivals between 6:00am and 8:59pm, and flight departures between 9:45am and 11:45pm. A supplement will be charged for all other pick-ups and drop-offs outside of these hours.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) are subject to certain restrictions. Additional fees will be charged on the day of travel for excess luggage.

Baby seats are not available.

Transfers are wheelchair accessible, but passengers must be accompanied by their own assistant if assistance if needed.

Your driver will wait no longer than 30 minutes if your flight has been delayed, or if you do not wait at the pre-arranged meeting point.

For those selecting Saturday as the start date, the Vatican tour will be scheduled on Day 3 instead of Day 2.

The Vatican Tour includes hotel pick-up, but concludes at or near St. Peter's Square. Hotel drop-off is not included.

St. Peter's Basilica is not accessible on Wednesdays.
