  As US west tours are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to cancel your order after confirmation, please check refund policy as following:

  * 18 and More Days Prior to Departure Date: 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
  * 11 - 17 Days Prior to Departure Date: 70% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
  * 7 - 10 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
  * 0 - 6 Days Prior to Departure Date: Non-refundable.

• Amendment Policy:
  As US west tours are very popular, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to make any change for your reservation, please check amendment policy as following:
  Amendment made within:
  * 7 and More Days Prior to Departure Date: $30.00 service fee per change;
  * 0 - 6 Days Prior to Departure Date: No Amendment will be accepted.
  * Apply to the following situations:
  - Change identity information: name, age, etc.
  - Change optional tour or available package hotel
• 3rd person Cancellation Policy for Buy 2 Get 3rd Discount:
  We will reserve bus seats for 3rd discounted passengers. Please inform us at least 7 days prior to departure after confirmation, otherwise additional penalty fees will be charged:
  * Cancellation made within:
  * 11 - 17 Days Prior to Departure Date: Non-refundable;
  * 1 - 10 Days Prior to Departure Date: $110.00/person penalty fee(Tour fee is non-refundable.);
  * No-Show on Tour: $200.00/person penalty fee, paid in cash on tour by the other participating travelers of the reservation(Tour fee is non-refundable.).
• According to the legal requirements of the destination, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. This also applies to hotel rooms. Violations are fined $300.00 or more (please refer to the hotel rules). Customers are responsible for paying fines and penalties.
• Hotel Price may raise during holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.), the price is subject to final confirmation.
• For more assured travel plans during the holiday season, we suggest that you book your tour at least one month prior to the desired departure date.
• In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on your departure date.
• Placing an order on Tours4Fun does not guarantee confirmation. Tours4Fun usually confirms a booking within 1-2 days.
• We recommend that you book your flight after you receive confirmation. Tours4Fun is not responsible for the cost of cancelled flights booked prematurely.
• Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes early.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
